ANSWER:

You must cut all communications with this guy immediately as it’s totally prohibited to have this before marriage, it doesn’t matter if your family knows about it or not, Allah has prohibited this. What you are doing is called dating!
A muslim girl must not study or work in a mixed place. 

 

So i have met a guy at school and he approached me in a halal manner, we plan on getting our nikah in a few months. I have met his family and our family knows about how serious we are. My questions is: Does he have the right to tell me what to do and what not to do even when we haven’t got our nikah yet? as he gets upset when i talk to the opposite gender at school.
