ANSWER:

No problem in performimg sajda of recitation during menses and there’s no need to cover the hair for this.

Sujood at tilawah is not mandatory but highly recommended.

Sir when women recite quran during impurity frm mobile or without touching it what to do for ayat of sajdah how then she can perform it and when performing sajdah she have to cover herself like she do for prayer like kust hands and face is uncovered
