Yes, everyone must say Aameen after Fateha. 

Should women say ‘Ameen’ in Salah after reciting Surah Fatiha regardless of whatever the prayer is either Fard Salah or Sunnah?

Shaykh, we have two Jumu’ahs near my workplace, which one is better: To pray the first Jumu’ah even though I will be outside and will not hear any of the khutbah at all I will simply just pray the two rak’ahs, or pray the second jumu’ah inside the masjid and be able to listen to the entire khutbah?
