Is it permissble for a woman to wear a long skirt that clings to her waist instead of an abayah or a dress that also clings to her waist instead of an abayah/jilbab? (Revealing her waist shape, as there are sisters who wear these beautiful dresses with a headscarf but you can see the tightness of the waist as it clings on and has become a fashion in the UK)

If my sisters leave the home with makeup on but they will be travelling in a car to their friends house and back and they do this regularly. Do the car windows need to be tinted or no? (I ask because men still look inside the car whilst oncoming towards the car and at traffic lights etc)
