You recite Fatiha then Ikhlas once, and then go for ruku and after you raise your head from ruku you can raise your hands and say Duaa Qunoot.

shiekh,i used to pray witr like maghrib,now i understand how to pray but i have little confusion a in the last rakh i used to read faitah and read a surah then i raise both hands then read 3 times surah Ikhlaas,can u describe last rakah
