If you forgive people in this duniya, Allah will forgive your sins in the hereafter.

Sheikh,Is it logical to forgive someone who was backbiting about me? Because if I do not forgive, then it will be my advantage, because in the Hereafter I will get many good deeds of him, or he will get many of my sins.
