ANSWER:

This is not true! Reciting it after fajr and maghreb 3 times each suffices for both morning and evening athkar and also fajr and maghreb prayer. 

Sheikh,I heard that we have to recite ikhlas,falaq,nas 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening..So I used to recite ikhlas,falaq and nas 3 times after my fajr prayer and 3 times after my maghrib prayer..but someone told me that it’s an innovation..he told me we have to recite ikhlas,falaq and nas 1 time after fajr prayer and 1 time after maghrib prayer,not 3 times.. is it true???
