Does he who prays taraweeh; whatever he prays behind the imam or if he prays behind imam reciting a whole juz is it as if he gets the reward of reading that portion of the quran, will that be written classed as quran read for him in his record account?

If i am on my menses and i hear someone recite a verse of the qur’an which requires prostration do i prostrate to it at all? if so do i do it while on menses or after i have become clean?
