ANSWER:

No problem in cutting someone else’s hair while you’re still in the state of ihram and your hair has not been cut yet. 

Sheikh, what is the ruling of someone who cut someone’s hair first they help other before they cut their hair to end the umrah. is it permissable? if it not, is there any dam?

I read last time it’s permissible only to touch Yemeni corner and black stone of kaba. Not other areas. So I just wanted to know if it’s allowed for women to touch Yemeni corner and kiss black stone and make dua at multazam?

As we know there are certain rules in harams ie masjid al haram and masjid al nabawi like no hunting no plucking of grass etc. Do we follow the same rules in hotels near by those masjids since few hotels are inside the boundaries of haram. And what about the salah prayed in those hotel rooms? Are they like salah prayed in harams?
