ANSWER:

What he has said is baseless.

The distance is not the determining factor in shortening or not. It depends on the muslim community. If they consider traveling this distance to be commuting, you must not shorten or combine. But if they consider it to be traveling, then you may shorten prayers whether you are traveling by car or train.

Sheikh,In second tashahhud after aatahiyat if I didn’t recite the second part of salawat,that means if I didn’t recite from ” Allahumma Barik ala Muhammad wa ala aali Muhammad…..” Is the salah valid ?

Did the Prophet (Pbuh) recite the same as everyone after tashahhud (Salutations upon Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam)
