This is not from the Sunnah and it is inappropriate for a Muslim woman in hijab to sit or stand on the streets like this. 

Sheikh there’s a trend in kufr countries where Muslim sisters will go to the streets and set up a table where the non Muslim women can try out the headscarf to see how they would look if they were Muslim, woult this be an innovation of how to give dawah?
