This is wrong and he has no right in this. The people must tell him that and remove it if they come early and sit there. 

Sheikh, the muazein in my masjid reserve places by putting objects and saying people to move away, for people he know that come to pray in the first row regularly.. Is it correct or wrong? If it’s wrong then how can I stop this thing.. By advising him???
