ANSWER:

This is not permissible until you know for certain that the time of Isha has entered when the redness in the twilight has disappeared. This can be less than an hour after sunset and it can be more. 

Sheikh please tell me if it is okay for me to pray the esha salah exactly 1 hour after Maghrib. Even though the time for esha in my local masjid is showing a bit later.
