Sheikh now a days there is lockdown we cannot give zakat ul fitr in food to anyone we don’t have option except giving money plz answer we should give by money or no leave it plz help ?

My dad is employed n businessman but now he is stuck,what he gets is not enough,he has a lot of debts & now he has stuck in city where he works bcoz he don’t have money to put petrol in his car and come home.I have my Jewerly zakkat am I allowed to give him cash just to buy petrol?I don’t have any extra cash to give as sadaqa apart from zakkat cash.
