ANSWER:

If you were used to observe this fast in the previous years then in sha Allah you will get the reward even without actually fasting (due to menstruation) 

Sheikh my question is,if I’m not able to fast on 9th of zilhajj due to maturation but I do dhikr whole day so would I get the reward and will my sins of two years will be absolves as hadith’s? I really wanted to fast but now I’m helpless 😭😫
