If he cannot afford it, udhiyah is not mandatory upon him. Paying part of the loan back is more important that the sacrifice.

sheikh my question is that if a person is under great loan which he has not returned yet and is not able to return it before eid ul adha..can he offer animal sacrifice under loan ?
