Yes as this is the right of a Muslim. She must be given the normal ghusl, shrouded and prayed upon the funeral prayer like all the other Muslims.

Sheikh, my grandma passed away (may allah have mercy on her) and she died from pneumonia. Is ghusl meant to be done on her? Im not sure if we can because no one doing ghusl due to coronavirus? Can u explain if ghusl is compulsory?
