If you fold the sleeves for the prayer, this is not permissible. If you fold it all the time and not for the sake of prayer, this is permissible.  

sheikh it is a normal way of dressing in India to roll up the sleeves of the shirt. It is not considered disrespectful here. So it is a sin to pray in that way or should it be rolled down while in prayer.
