There is no need for writing it or having an oath.

All she needs to do is to tell her husband that she has permitted him not to equally divide the nights between her and the other wives, for example.

Sheikh, is there anything such as a wife gives up her rights over her husband who is having difficulty in treating the wives fairly, if she can bear it? if so, does it have to be in writing or she can take an oath between Allah, and herself.
