Mourning is different than feeling sad. She must not mourn for more than 4 islamic months and 10 days.

Sheikh is it permissable for a women to mourn more than the iddah days

My father died. And my mother is in her Iddah for 4 months and ten days. Recently my grandmother also died. So my mother went to see her before burial. So is this permissible??

My Father died a week ago and he was a govt. Servent, Now my mother is on Eddat, Being policy of Govt. She have to received his Job Benifits (Pension) on monthly Basis, it has to process as soon as possible after death. If she need to Go to Bank for opening account or other Govt office for important signatures. Is it allowed for her? What if she need to see a doctor?
