ANSWER:

Some scholars have authenticated this hadith while many others classified it as fabricated and not authentic. However, this does not justify the innovated practices people do on the 15th of shaban (so called Shabe barat)!

Sheikh is it authentic that on 15 of shaban our all sins will be forgiven if we’re Muslim and don’t have grudges with muslims?

In our country at 15th shaban night , people used to cook Halwa , Bread , Meat etc. Previously, they thought that Prophet used to eat halwa and bread on 15th shaban . But now they know that this is baseless. However , still they cook and eat so so to hold up tradition. Is it permissible to eat those food given by relatives and neighbours?
