It is not permissible to compete or to show one’s body like this as it involves exposing the awrah and also attracting evil eye and maybe seduce women or men with weak and ill intent. 

Sheikh is body building permissible in islam. Can a person sponser his body for the advertisement of gym supplements,,and can a person take part in body building competitions?
