ANSWER:

You can guide them to the Quran and Sunnah with the understanding of the salaf and always attribute that to the fatwa of scholars of Islam. 

Sheikh in the subcontinent it is very rare to find a salafi scholar. So my friends or my family members have no access to them. I can’t let them follow the hanafi madhab now because of innovators. I am a student of knowledge. Can they blindly follow me or do I need to refer them the opinion of a particular madhab instead of what I think is correct?
