ANSWER:

This is totally prohibited and such a will is invalid and must be thrown in the dustbin and inheritance must be divided according to shariah law after his death.

Sheikh, in our community sometimes people have multiple children and during his lifetime he has to spend significant amount of extra money for one or two children for education, giving business support etc. Now when he is old/feeling deathbed he wants to will the other child/children liitle more than those from his property. Is this practice compatible with Islamic rules?
