It is too difficult and impossible to remove it all! My old aunt used to tell us when we were children: if it is smaller than you, eat it before it eats you!  

Sheikh, If rice is kept for a long period of time some kind of insect and larvae grows in it. Even after washing some remains. Is it permissible to eat this insects and larvae ?
