If he does this on purpose and does not set alarms or ask someone to wake him up then it’s not permissible to pray when he gets up if the time is gone and he’s commiting a major sin for deliberately skipping prayers.

Sheikh if one person always missing certain prayer like who sleeps early in that case fajr prayer or who sleeps after fajr in that case dhuhr prayer because of being a heavy sleeper! and if that person prays the missed prayer with the next prayer after waking up, does her prayer for the missed one will be valid or she needs to pray the missed prayer as soon as she gets up from sleep?
