ANSWER:

This does not effect the validity of the Friday prayer, however they will miss out on the great reward of attending the khutbah.

Sheikh if one misses the first Khutbah in Jumuah, is his/her prayer valid? and if one misses the whole khutbah of Jumu’ah, and prays the Jumu’ah, is his/her prayer valid?
