ANSWER:

This is too extreme. When you tell others, you are not doing it to impress them and you are doing it for the sake of Allah. Therefore, there is no problem in telling people that you are fasting. 

Sheikh if i want to conceal my good deeds say im fasting dont want people to know if they say did you eat if i dont they would guess so i say i eat already with the intention of suhur.
