ANSWER:

Yes, she must take ghusl and pray on time. 

Removing pubic and armpit hair has nothing to do with purity from menstrual cycle or with ghusul! She can do that later on. 

Sheikh if a girl sees white discharge (after her periods) and prayer time is going to finish in 1 hour or 40 mins, does she have to take bath fast and pray because normally removing hair takes too long
