ANSWER:

If he is working away from them, this is permissible. To leave their company and move out to a separate accommodation while he is still not married, this is being undutiful unless there is a legitimate reason. 

Sheikh I wanted to know if a single Muslim son can move out of his parents house and get his own place even if the parents don’t agree with it
