ANSWER:

The husband has great rights over his wife as the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam has said: if I were to order someone to prostrate to another, I would have ordered a woman to prostrate to her husband!

The same way that he is not allowed to raise his voice in front of his parent and the way your children are not allowed to raise their voice or show disrespect to you.

This is common sense and a sign of a person’s upbringing and understanding of Islam.

Sheikh I want to know whether in islam is only the husband allowed to get angry and burst out n shout at wife or the wife is also allowed to express her anger whenever he is wrong? Because I feel I am not allowed to be angry at all, even if I try he asks me watch my tone n behave, how is this fair sheikh?
