ANSWER:

When praying behind an imam as well it is obligatory for you to recite the fateha in all silent rakahs and prayers otherwise your prayer is invalid. 

Sheikh I recently started performing prayers in mosque. In the Zuhr prayers, I was confused on about reciting Surah fatiah or not reciting it as the imam was reciting it silently.Please clear my doubt.
