Have patience, try to reach and win her heart rather than forcing her and
supplicate to Allah to guide her.

Sheikh i got married recently and my wife is showing little interest in islam although she prays she delays her prayers whenever i put on a lecture on islam or try to make her listen to the quran with its translation she shows little or no interest i have been having problems with depression beccuase of this what should i do.

My wife urges me to live away from my original relatives but she is fine to have my parents in a new place. But my parents want to live in old house joint family with other relatives also. I feel its unfair from wife & Islamic perspective. If I leave, then I go against ‘Ihsaan’ towards parents because they’ll be called as leftovers by people. Now what to do?
