You must surround yourself with righteous practicing muslims, 24/7 in order to be saved from such whispers.

Sheikh I fell into committing major sins and from that I try to restrain from it but I fall into it. But whenever I fall into such sins I learn about deen such as I am doing innovations I even started to ponder upon the Quran and study it. And every time I grew stronger.
