ANSWER:

You can do morning adkar as soon as the time for fajr has entered, even if you have not prayed fajr yet. 

You must not delay fajr beyond its fixed time otherwise its a major sin and you cannot make it up after sunrise. 

Sheikh i delay fajr because of work but pray it before ishraq My question is can i do morning adhkar after adhan or its supposed to be done after i pray?
