ANSWER:

She must not study with a male teacher and her sister being there doesn’t change the ruling. She is sinful and you are sinful as well for allowing this to continue if you can stop it. 

Sheikh i and my sister stdy together with a male teacher but nowadays my pprs are going to be started so i am not studying with her, she is stdyng but my small sstr MashaAllah sits in a room beside my sstr so that she can watch my big sstr. Am i sinful bcz m not with her? But my sstr is watchng her??
