ANSWER:

You should pray in full since you are not a traveler but a resident because you will live in this new city for the entire course of your university. 

You should pray like a traveler while you’re traveling between these two cities. 

Sheikh, I am taking admission in a college away from my hometown, then how should I pray my salah? I mean pray qasar during first 15 days and then start complete salah or should I pray complete all rakah from first day?
