ANSWER:

Shaving the beard is totally prohibited and its not permissible to take up such a job which prohibits you to grow the beard. 

Sheikh, I am a Firefighter and we are not allowed grow a beard as it interferes with the seal on our SCBA mask, is this still considered sinful?
