Sheikh, ever since having my son some small amount of urine sometimes leaks , so what I do is i rinse that area on the under garments with water and then wear it again. Is it permissible to pray with those undergarments if i do that? or is a full wash needed?

If the urine is washed off then there’s no problem in praying with that on.
