Reciting surah waqiya has no specific significance and reading it to ward off poverty is an innovation.

Sheikh, during menses is it allowed for a girl to recite surah Mulk, surah sajda and surah waqiya by memory or by phone? Also Surah kahf can we recite it on our phone. My mother told me that we can’t pronounce any surah or dua,even Adkhar. Is it true?
