Blowing on liquids is OK.

Doing that every day without a need for it is not permissible. If a person is in need of a ruqya and does this, this is permissible.

Sheikh can we recite Quran or certain Surahs n blow on honey ,milk or on dates dn eat for shifa.like if i recite few verses of Quran daily and daily blow on a bottle of honey.
