ANSWER:

No problem in reciting in the state of menstruation and you blow in the water after reading each Surah. You must move your lips at least when reciting it silently.

sheikh, May Allah bless you with loads of love and happiness, I have been sick from few years and my sickness is not getting diagnosed, can u please recommend any particular dua or Surah for curing sickness

I am really lazy. I go to office and look for excuses for not doing anything. The responsibilities I am given I really give little effort to do those things. I have a guilty feeling for this and I really feel lethargic in office. Please give me a suggestion.
