This is not permissible to give for your birthday and yes it comes under celebration. 

Sheikh can I give in charity specifically on my birthdays..or is it considered as a form of celebration

Is it permissible to use toilet paper in the right hand to clean urine from the organ? My right hand is not touching the organ but only using toilet paper to clean urine.
