Sheikh as much as I would like to reply to the Adhaan, I am not able to as the place where I live many Adhaans go off at the same time and it gets confusing as you cannot hear even one of them clearly and it gets difficult to reply to it, so can I just say the Adhaan dua without replying to it?

You should reply to the adhan first. Try to focus on one and say that whole athan.
