ANSWER:

Such a will has no importance after she dies and the sharia law would prevail and inheritance must be divided according to the Islamic sharia law. 

If she wants to gift the children during her lifetime, this is possible where she must gift them equally, regardless of boys or girls and this must be documented and legally given away to them without her possessing any rights on the property any longer.

Sheikh a mother has 7 children (4 boys and 3 girls) and she possesses 9 houses; she she wants to make her will and write on it that she’s giving each of her children a house. She wants to know when she dies will the Chari’a law changes her will and apply what Allah the Almighty has prescribed when it comes to heritage.
