Such a woman is sinful and ignorant, however, it is not permissible to make takfeer on individuals as this can only be done by a Muslim judge or ruler. Giving takfeer like this is a trademark of khawarij. One can’t give takfeer to individuals without ensuring that the conditions are fulfilled and that there are no obstacles preventing takfeer from taking place. Besides, why would you follow and watch such an imbecile?  

Sheik If a ‘Muslim’ woman publically on twitter says that she wants a tattoo of kaffir singer on her head,retweets his pictures posing with idols in it, making digital drawings picturing them together, says he is an angel from God to bless us or alien to kill us and this world is ‘his’and being a fan of him is blessing from God, can she even be considered a Muslim?
