Sheik I heard somewhere that Gold dealings, that is buying gold keeping it for sometime and selling it when the price goes up is Haram. Is this true?

If we did something wrong to somebody is it wajib to apologize or restore his rights immediately or is it ok to wait a little until the circumstances are better? For example if you said a bad word to somebody sometimes it is better to wait until the person cools down and then to apologize.
