One wall separates our house from our neighbour (kafir), you can hear all whenever you speak even low.I memorise quran in my bedroom and I’m sure he is tired of listening to it everyday and also the night prayer(when I raise my voice).He does not tell me nothing perhaps he is is shy,but most likely I’m bodering him.Its better for me to recite with voice whenever I memorise.Advice
