ANSWER:

You should not abandon the Quran like this. The sunnah is to complete the whole Quran or more once every month and not just in Ramadan.

She had read 18 juz of Qurān earlier after that had a huge gap then in last Ramadan she read 2 juz from start so can she continue it now or has to start from beginning in Ramadan?

Sheikh now as i’m writing this..Alhumdulillah i’m fasting..but May Allah (swt) forgive..i overslept during my suhoor time & missed it..but asap i got up, fajr adhaan had just been called a couple of minutes ago..so Alhumdulillah i made my wudu..prayed both my sunnah & fard fajr sala’ah..& made my niyaah to fast today..& before sleeping d day before i hd a niyaah to fast..to that is my fast valid?
