ANSWER:

It is true that the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam used to pray sunnah of fajr in a quick fashion but this didn’t go against it being perfect in tranquility. 

Shaykh what is tranquility in salat measured as? due to the fact that you said the prophet ﷺ prayed the sunnah of fajr very quickly, if this is true nobody dares to say the prophets prayer was invalid so how to distinguish calmness as a pillar?

My question is in my neighbourhood there is hanafi masjid (no ahle hadees masjid) when i pray salah in hanafi masjid they do dua after every fard prayer they raise hands . I remain silent and doing my athkar silently at my prayer spot am i doing right or tell me what to do .
